Petsky Prunier’s Capital Markets and Private Placements team offers deep experience and innovative debt, equity and hybrid solutions to public and private companies in the technology, media, marketing, information, e-commerce, and healthcare industries. Our Capital Markets and Private Placements activities are led by Partner and Managing Director Norman Colbert, who previously was the global head of JP Morgan’s Private Placements Group and, prior to that, head of Hambrecht & Quist’s Private Placements Group. At both places he built and managed the largest then-existing dedicated private placements practice on Wall Street. During his career, Mr. Colbert has raised more than $30 billion for clients through the sale of traditional and pre-IPO private placements and Private Investment in Public Entities (“PIPE”) and Registered Direct offerings, with transactions ranging in size from $10 million to more than $1 billion.
