Petsky Prunier Announces the Sale of Carlson Marketing Worldwide to Groupe Aeroplan Inc.
Petsky Prunier is pleased to announce Carlson Marketing Worldwide ("Carlson Marketing"), one of the world's largest independent marketing services companies, has been acquired by Groupe Aeroplan Inc. (TSX: AER), a leading international loyalty management corporation headquartered in Canada. The net purchase price for the transaction was US$175.3 million (CDN$188.0 million), including transaction costs and subject to certain working capital adjustments.
A team from Petsky Prunier, led by Sanjay Chadda and John Prunier, served as exclusive financial advisor to Carlson Companies, Inc.
