Michael Petsky, Partner

Michael Petsky is recognized as one of the foremost experts on digital and mobile marketing, marketing service and data industry trends and strategies for maximizing shareholder value. He has more than 25 years of experience providing investment banking, strategic consulting, and industry intelligence services to interactive advertising, digital media and marketing, and related industry companies.

Prior to co-founding Petsky Prunier and its strategic consulting affiliate Winterberry Group, Mike was a managing director at Gruppo, Levey & Company, a boutique investment bank with a specialization in the catalog and marketing services industry M&A. In 1992, he founded Information Authorities, a competitive intelligence and industry research firm serving direct marketing companies. He sold that business to Gruppo, Levey in 1994. Previously, Mike held positions at the industry's largest trade group, the Direct Marketing Association, and Sequa Corp., a Fortune 200 aerospace company.

Mike has been a guest lecturer at New York University's Direct Marketing Program and has presented at numerous industry conferences.

Mike holds a B.S. from the State University of New York College at Fredonia and an M.B.A. in finance from Fordham University. Mike has served as part of the Direct Marketing Association’s Finance Committee and is on the Foundation Board of SUNY College at Fredonia. He is the chief compliance officer for Petsky Prunier Securities LLC.
