At VSS, Seth led buy-side and sell-side mandates across multiple media segments including transactions for Canon Communications, Hearst, Quebecor, Reader’s Digest, and The Walt Disney Company. Seth was also intimately involved with new investment platforms for the firm's private equity fund and worked closely with CEOs and management teams on add-on acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
