Dylan Kearns, Director

Dylan Kearns joined Petsky Prunier in 2006. During his time at Petsky Prunier, Dylan has participated in transactions involving mobile, social, digital advertising, media, marketing technology, and data and analytics companies. Dylan has 15 years of experience in providing M&A and capital raise transaction advisory services and throughout his career has completed more than 40 transactions across North America and Europe.

Dylan was previously an associate at TM Capital Corp., a New York-based investment banking firm, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions in the technology, retail, healthcare, and consumer products industries. While at TM Capital, Dylan was actively involved with M&A International, an international organization bringing together industry-leading advisory and finance firms with transactional experience around the world.

Dylan is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he earned a B.A. in Finance and Accounting.
