John Fang, Managing Director

John Fang joined Petsky Prunier in 2018 as a managing director in the firm’s New York City office. John’s investment banking coverage focuses on sectors where technology, healthcare, and consumer/retail intersect, including e-commerce, healthcare technology, and fintech.

Previously, John was co-founder and managing partner of Parcrest Advisors, where he built a thriving firm in less than two years and successfully sourced and closed transactions in the healthcare, technology, and e-commerce sectors, including a number of cross-border engagements. He has advised on a wide range of transaction types, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, private equity-backed secondary sales, private debt and equity financings, distressed debt sales, loan portfolio sales, growth capital investments, recapitalizations, in and out-of-court restructurings (including DIP financings, §363 asset sales, and Chapter 11 reorganizations), and joint ventures.

John's clients have included Fortune 50 companies, founder-backed ventures, global publicly traded businesses, and private equity portfolio companies.
