Petsky Prunier and Altium Advise TotalMobile on its Majority Investment from Lyceum Capital

September 17, 2015 (New York, NY and London, UK) – Petsky Prunier and its European investment banking partner Altium are pleased to announce they have co-advised TotalMobile Ltd., the UK’s market-leading developer of enterprise mobility software, on its majority investment from growth investors Lyceum Capital Partners LLP.

Headquartered in Belfast, Ireland, TotalMobile supplies cloud-based, on-premise, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) products to more than 30,000 professionals across the healthcare, local government, and private sectors, including oil and gas, utilities, and facilities management. The firm’s software is used by more than 200 organizations, including blue chips, such as Virgin Care and Allianz Engineering.

The transaction will enable TotalMobile to accelerate its new product development, particularly around its SaaS offering. The firm is looking to expand into international markets through its partnership with the likes of Vodafone, Capita, and Aenova, as well as moving into new verticals to capitalize on the growing demand for workflow management and improved productivity from an ever-expanding mobile workforce.

Petsky Prunier and Altium acted together as financial advisors to the shareholders of TotalMobile. The Petsky Prunier team was led by managing director Christopher French, who leads the firm’s healthcare practice.
