Geoff Rhizor, Managing Director

Geoff Rhizor joined CG Petsky Prunier in 2019 as a Director in the firm’s San Francisco office. Geoff’s investment banking coverage universe within technology focuses on software and professional services firms. Throughout his 10+ year career, Geoff has advised over 90 firms on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and debt and equity capital raises.

Previously, Geoff was a Director at JMP Securities where he was responsible for deal sourcing and execution across the technology landscape. Geoff has also been an investment banker at martinwolf Securities and Wedbush Securities. He began his career as an analyst at specialty finance firm NewStar Financial.

Geoff earned a BSBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a minor in History.
